Most court records are available online. Records for the Criminal Court, General Sessions-Criminal, and Fourth Circuit Court can be requested through the Criminal Court Clerk’s Office. Records for the Circuit Court, Civil Sessions, and Juvenile Court can be requested from the Circuit Clerk’s office. Records from Chancery Court are available through the Clerk and Master.

Marriage records can be obtained through the County Clerk, while divorce records can be requested from the Fourth Circuit District. Birth and death certificates can be requested from the Health Department. Deeds can be obtained from the Register of Deeds Office.
